Bob Potter is responsible for expressor software’s business strategy and operating results. He has spent 29 years in the enterprise software industry serving in senior leadership roles at organizations ranging from venture-backed startups to large public companies. Formerly, as CEO of Kalido, Bob established Kalido as the dominant player in adaptive data warehousing and master data management, growing it from $5M to $20M in less than three years.
John Russell, chief scientist and co-founder
John Russell is responsible for product vision and architecture as well as the design and implementation of the expressor semantic data integration system. With more than 19 years of systems development experience, John is an expert in designing and implementing high-speed search techniques and data integration processes.
Michael Waclawiczek, Ph.D., VP of marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Michael Waclawiczek oversees expressor’s marketing and product management operations. He is also founder and associate of JumpStart Associates™, a management advisory and consulting company he founded in 2002.
Steve Frechette, VP of engineering
Steve Frechette leads all product development efforts for expressor. He established the company’s engineering organization and processes and leads expressor’s efforts to develop and deliver all releases of the expressor semantic data integration system.
Michael Ruland, manager of field engineering
Mike has more than 30 years of IT experience, including more than a dozen focused on constructing and maintaining Data Warehouse and Decision Support Structures. He has worked as a global technical architect for IBM, in addition to application programming, systems programming, and various sales and engineering positions with Amdahl, Informix, Prism Solutions, Ardent and Ascential.
Jerry Callen, engineering
Jerry was one of the founding engineers who designed and implemented Torrent System’s ORCHESTRATE product, a flow-based programming system that became the parallel data processing engine at the heart of the IBM/Ascential InfoSphere Information Server. Jerry is part of expressor’s processor group, working on the expressor parallel data processing engine.
